hiya! my name is mischief/fern.
i am currently 21 years old and i go by they/he/she pronounsi am a mexican artist that mostly draws my original characters but also some fanart (especially for DC comics). my main ongoing project is my original universe referred to as MG or Mischief's Gold.

a base character design comes with an original design and a character sheet with 1 full-body and 1 bust. you can request add-ons such as a bust, half-body, full-body, chibis, or inventory.

General Terms of Service
Payment
the only methods of payment i take are USD via PayPal or Venmo (DeviantArt commission widgets are no longer being offered as of 2024).
payment must be provided beforehand. if, for any reason, i am unable to finish a commissions, a full refund will be provided.
General
once i receive payment and begin, i will send 1 or more mockup sketches/concept designs and will await your approval before continuing. at this stage, you can request any changes.
any WIPs and the final piece will be sent to you via the method of contact you used to send the form.
turnaround time is anywhere from 1 day to 6 months. if, for whatever reason, it takes me longer than this, i will contact you.
these commissions are for personal use only.
commissions may be posted on my socials or used for commission examples; let me know if you want your commission to be private.
queue progress can be tracked on my Trello, but you can also ask me anytime for updates.
you are more than welcome to supply any concept art or sketches of what you would like to help guide me!
any art created by me is NOT permitted to be used as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) or be resold for cryptocurrency nor for use of training AI or for prompts to generate AI images.
i have the right to decline any commission

(when in doubt, just send me an image of your oc or a concept of your idea before sending the form!)
i am comfortable with drawing: humans, anthros, ferals, gore, complex designs, ship art (ocxoc only), suggestive themes, customs of open/closed species (closed species must have a myo slot/permission shown to me first)
i am not comfortable with drawing: politically charged work, mecha, NSFW (sexual content/fetishes or genitalia)
